A COUNTRY-CHIC WEDDING ON THE HILLS OF VERONA 
Sarah and Martin, a splendid German couple, have chosen to get married in Italy, near Verona, the city of love. They wanted to celebrate their wedding on the hills of Custoza. Inspired by the landscape, they chose a bucolic and green mood between foliage and aromatic herbs. Sarah chose a dress with a boho chic taste by Grace Loves Lace, to be combined with a romantic and natural. They literally fell in love with the wonderful country residence of the late 600s, Relais Corte Guastalla, where they organized their party. For the religious ceremony they chose instead the intimate and bucolic country church of San Rocco. In the small country-style church the palette was strictly white and green. A mixed green torchon with inserted white peonies was created on the entrance door. Inside, on each bench, a small country bouquet with olive, rosemary and white peony. For the altar a very natural bouquet with the same elements. The style of the bridal bouquet was romantic and natural composed of white peonies, astilbe, delicate pink lisianthus, astrantia and eucalyptus branches. For the dinner the color palette consisted of white, green and a touch of peach. The flowers chosen were: peony, the flower preferred by the bride, accompanied by country-style and light flowers like astrantia, matricaria and delicate like lisianthus. It was very important for the bride to use local greens such as rosemary and olive trees. A small placeholder with olive and rosemary was made for each guest. The floral scenography was halfway between the romantic style and the country style and the palette was in the delicate shades of white, green, with a touch of peach. For the choice of flowers alongside the romantic white peony, Sarah’s favorite flower, the matricaria, the campestre astrantia, the fringed buds of lisianthus and the rustic greens with the olive tree, rosemary and ivy were added. The Italian lights under the trees and the sparkling stars during the first dance really created a magical and romantic atmosphere.
